SIGNING AT BARNES & NOBLE, FAYETTEVILLE, OCT. 25: I will be at the Barnes & Noble in Fayetteville on Saturday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. signing Better To Travel along with the brilliant Cecilia Woloch, who will sign her new book of poetry, Late. We will read from our books and also host the open mic that evening. If you have never heard Cecilia read, she is simply amazing. If the poetry resonates for you on the page, wait until you hear her perform it live. It is an honor to be in her company for this event. We will also team up for readings and signings at the Barnes & Noble in Norcross on Nov. 9 and will join John Amen in Columbia, SC on Nov. 14 at the Happy Bookseller. November is shaping up to be a busy month. Read the full schedule at www.collinkelley.com.

NEW REVIEW: Michael Bucki's review of Better To Travel is now posted at Poetic Voices, a very popular and respected website. While the review is not entirely positive, I thought it was fair. I knew some people were going to like the relationship stuff and some would not. You can read the review at www.poeticvoices.com.

ANTHOLOGY PUBLICATION: I received word today that the anthology Shout Them From the Mountains: Georgia Poems will be released in November. I have two poems in the book and will be taking part in the first signing and reading on Saturday, Nov. 22 at the Barnes & Noble in Columbus, GA from noon to 3 p.m. More readings and signings are forthcoming in 2004 at the University of Georgia, Callaway Gardens and possible Stone Mountain. I'll keep you posted.
